Savills Property Management Limited have been managing New Mandarin Plaza since 1993 providing comprehensive building management services by maintaining all physical aspects of the property. We implement a preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance programme and strict monitoring of different contractors to ensure that the highest possible standards are achieved. In addition, we have also conducted energy audits and an on-going planned energy saving programme from mid 1999 targeting energy savings and reduction of running costs.

由1993起,第一太平戴維斯物業管理有限公司提供綜合的大廈管理服務及全面保養物業外貌,我們實施預防性保養及緊急保養計劃,並嚴格監控不同的承判商以確保得到最佳水準。另外,由1999年中,我們亦會實施能源審查及持續的節省能源計劃,以達到節省能源及減少開支的目標。

Our fully trained Customer Service  Officers now handle requests from owners and tenants as well as provide special customer and concierge services as from November 2002. These additional levels of attention and care have raised the profile of the Plaza and have been much appreciated by the owners and occupiers.
